This is a 19 building, well maintained gated community featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The grounds are well maintained and landscaping is neatly manicured. Most units have dated features such as white appliances and older fixtures, cabinets and lighting. Upgraded units are available which include side by side refrigerators, crown molding, granite countertops, faux wood flooring and accent walls. Pros include: All units come equipped with washers and dryers. Upgraded units are attractive and some floor plans are unique with non-traditional shapes. Downstairs units have a separate outdoor closet space for storage. Corporate housing is also available in this community. On the down side, most units do not have upgraded features. Downstairs units do not have enclosed fencing around the patios leading up to the front door. Tips: Buildings 16-19 may be quieter than others. Watch out: There is an active Fire Station located behind building 12.
