Vizcaya is a stylish property. The exteriors have tan and brown stacked stone with coordinating brown and grey tones with dark wood trim. It is a great blend of modern lines with rustic ranch colors. Pros include: The staff is friendly and fluent in English and Spanish. Access is controlled by a gate system and one free remote control is provided to all residents. The leasing center houses a nice club room, business center and small conference room. There is a nicely equipped fitness center and a large pool with a separate hot tub. Gas grills with a cabana and lots of seating add more options for relaxing. There is a large veranda attached to the leasing office that overlooks the pool and has lots of comfy seating. Behind the pool is a separate area with outdoor seating centered around a stone fire pit. All apartment homes come with new all black kitchen appliances including a microwave and linoleum wood pattern flooring. Granite counter tops with a glass tile backsplash and walnut-dark stained cabinetry with nickel door pulls make the kitchens stand out. The carpeting is upgraded for a more elegant feeling. Two inch blinds, crown molding and arches add to the quality feel. The same rich dark color seen in the kitchen cabinets is used on the crown molding, baseboards, window sills and other trim to provide a stylish contrast to the light beige walls. Garden tubs with ceramic tile surrounds are standard. The lighting is upgraded as well with angular, stylish ceiling fans. Trash and pest control is included in the rent. On the down side, there are not many negatives with this property, but reserved parking is not available; it is all first come, first served unless a resident pays for covered parking or a garage. There are not as many amenities relative to comparable properties nearby. Some second bedrooms have mirror covered sliding doors on the closets.
