Village At Fair Oaks is located in a nice area and features clean looking interiors with plenty of storage space. The complex offers next to no amenities with only a pool which is lacking and in need of updating. The complex is an overall nice place to live both in location as well as in interior quality. Pros include: 2 bedroom units come with a washer and dryer. The appliances are clean and new looking. The community gives off a neighborhood feel. On the down side, there are no amenities other than the pool. There are no utilities included with rent. The exterior is outdated and the buildings could use some renovation. Watch out: There is a high school across the street which can be heard when the period bells chime during school hours.
