“The worst”
Overpriced, poorly managed, noisy, just terrible. They charge over $3800 for a 2 bedroom and it's worth nowhere near that. They tout themselves as a luxury building but they're not. Even the name is misleading - they're not in Bel Air, they're in Westwood.

“Awful and overpriced”
Very noisy, low quality, far from everything, not well run, nowhere near worth what they're charging. Not at all the luxury building they advertise themselves to be.

Close to UCLA and a great place to live in your early 20s

Amazing area
Great location, walking distance to Wilshire which includes numerous restaurants, Whole Foods and bars. Quick walk to the bus system which can take you all over LA and less than 2 miles from the beach. Would highly recommend!

Interning in LA for the summer? Need to live somewhere safe, affordable and around great people. Then Westwood is a must.

Brentwood
If you're an east coast transplant and you hate being stuck in traffic then Brentwood is the place for you. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. Sleepy and quiet on the weekends- it's the perfect small town in the city.

La Provence Patisserie
Best place for Breakfast pastries in the area. Call ahead to order their specialty cream cheese croissants!

Sor Tino Restaurant
Sortino is a fantastic Italian restaurant just a quick walk up from Mayfield. The Gnocchi is best in LA

Building Internet
The only minus is that this place needs to get Verizon FIOS!!!

Luxe@Mayfield
Great LA Apartment living, excellent staff and a premium location between Barrington and San Vicente. Shops and Restaurants of downtown Brentwood are just a five minute stroll up Barrington.

Wilshire Corridor
Wilshire Corridor is great in terms of being centrally located in the city (near the 405, the 10, Century City, and Beverly Hills). Cons are that there isn't a ton of stuff in walking distance and the residents tend to be older. Most of the buildings are top-notch, full-service, which is hard to find elsewhere in LA.

Westwood south of Wilshire has lots of little restaurants lining the street.
