Tribecca on Mollison

The apartments are nice but the walls are very sensitive if u live on the first floor you are going to heard everything even if they fart , some people doesn’t have respect and they very noisy during the night and you can heard everything, that’s very uncomfortable.

I have lived at Tribecca since September 2015. The apartment has everything I need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. I love that the property always looks nice and that maintenance requests are handled quickly.

For example, my washing machine started making a weird noise. They sent a repair person over the next day who recommended the machine be replaced. Two days later, I had a brand new, much bigger/better washer/dryer installed. Gotta love that!

When I moved in, the property didn't have its own manager. Shortly after, they hired a woman who moved in and took over. Wow what a blessing she is to the community and her company! She's so sweet but don't take that for weakness. The second you put a towel over the balcony to dry she's knocking on your door and nicely reminding you that it's not permitted to be there lol.

I LOVE that the rules are enforced and I love the subtle changes that are taking place. Like now there's a TV in the gym...the cooking channel and animal planet have really made my workouts go faster :)

I do wish the pool was bigger and had a Jacuzzi. Also, the parking can sometimes be a challenge for guests when the visitor spots are full. But these definitely are not deal breakers. I can see myself living here a long time!
