This place is terrible! They don't care about any inconveniences your apartment has they just want your money and they just want you to be quiet and deal with whatever is happening. The disrespect in the office from the lady is extremely OUT OF HAND!

this place needs new employees! All around disappointed!!!!!

I can't express greater disappointment in this place. I've been living here for over 3 months now, and not once have I been able to control my air. It blows out heat at night and bright and early in the morning. We've put in 2 emergency work orders which was supposed to be at least responded to within 24 hours, both ignored and no one came. Each time we talk to Marissa in the office she always seems to say the same thing, Everytime with a little more attitude... as if we're bothering her with our situation.

It wouldn't have gotten to this point if I had gotten help when I first complained about my air being broke. Well actually, it's the ENTIRE BUILDING that the air Doesn't work in. Luxury apartments? HARDLY. I'm disgusted in the lack of respect and professionalism in the office. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their website has FALSE advertising which needs to be addressed by the BBB.

Save yourself stress in a place that's NOT ready for the "amenities" it says it offers!

Also, no signs in the kitchen, patio area, or laundry area. so everything OFTEN gets taken advantage of and is unpleasant for the other tenants. Cigarettes in the fire pits, broken elevator FREQUENTLY (someone actually got stuck in there for 20 minutes once)

And the laundry on site.... costs money! because this place only cares about money!

The machines are always taken too and no one comes for their items in a timely manner!

I'm telling you, this place is a nightmare!!!!

I'd sooner stay in a hotel everyday, and I did the math... I'd be saving myself about $300 every month if I did And I'm sure my air would work and help would be given when needed with respect!!!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T MOVE HERE! they try to make you seem as welcomed as possible when they tour, it's so fake! All they want is your money.

Oh and something they FAIL to tell you is every Saturday night there's a club and Sunday morning there's a church and Sunday evening church too, directly next door! so you will hear loud music & bass throughout the building and NEVER get sleep on the weekends. It's non stop! And don't get me started on the 'party bus' constantly pulling in and out of our alley with drunk people screaming "WOOOOO!!" As if the club and church music isn't loud enough... You gotta deal with the party bus on a daily basis.

cannot wait to leave this place. I've never been so disappointed in a place I've lived, and this is supposed to be LUXURY?! What a joke.

“New management is awful. Don’t rent here.”

Awful place to live. A/C system has been out for months and whenever we ask management about an update all they say is “we’re working on it”. Well they’ve been “working on it” for 3 months while still charging us for something completely unusable. The water in our unit won’t get hot and it took me telling them several times to even attempt to fix it. They turned up the boilers for our unit but guess what. Cold showers still. We have noisy upstairs neighbors and have told management several times about it. They say they have given them a call and even written an email to them however it still persist. My husband and I went upstairs to talk to them at 10:30 at night because they were still stomping around and the gentleman got mad at us saying we should have went to management and not come up to his place at 10:30pm. We have gone to management. Several times. Obviously that didn’t work so we took matters into our own hands. People here are money hungry and will not help you out. The place started out great but it has done nothing but go downhill ever since. Save yourself the hassle and move somewhere else. For $2,200 a month (with a $200 discount a month!)we should have no problems resolving these kinds of issues. There are plenty of other places around the area that would actually treat you like you matter.

Great place!
Coronado Island is truly a small paradise. With the best beach in the country and a great variety of bars and restaurants, it is one of the best places to live in southern CA!

East Village rocks
Lower East Village is awesome -- cheaper, quieter than Gaslamp while still being extremely walkable and within range of everything good. Stay south of Broadway or even E/F for the nicer parts of town, and west of 11th. There are good places outside that range, but also a lot of low-income housing.

North Park has it all!
The neighborhood is quiet, diverse, and full of charming craftsman style homes. Yet, despite the residential area's modest appeal, North Park is also home to some of the finest bars and restaurants in San Diego. The area is rapidly becoming a hub for slow food, craft beer, and new music. There's always something new brewing in North Park, but my guess is the warm, eclectic atmosphere will never change.

Great place to live if you don't mind the bustle
This is the heart of the downtown scene. It's walking distance to anything you could need, whether it be groceries, shopping, restaurants, bars, or just a quiet park to hang out. the weekends can be a bit noisy, and traffic can get a backed up when big events are in town (eg Comic-Con), but all-in-all, it's invigorating to live where everyone else comes to play!

beautiful homes and feels like a slice of utopia. living near the water gives great views of the San Diego skyline. only negative is average age on the island is probably 70, so it gets quiet here early.

Tons of amazing restaurants in the area. Short walk to Gaslamp but not touristy itself. Right off the 5 makes commuting easy. All Around great place to live.
