The Reserve at Warner Center

The worst place I ever lived! The worst office staff ever! Completely rude and inconsiderate. Don’t let the amenities fool you. The complex has a problem with homeless people sleeping there..lounge chairs by the pool and under stairwells. They use the sink in the laundry room to bathe and never leave your clothes unattended because it will be gone and that’s not the homeless people those are the tenants. I had bedbugs in my apartment and it took them 2 weeks to get an exterminator!! If you have ever had the misfortune of having those, you know that is an eternity. They nickel and dime you for everything and never return a phone call. Don’t do it!

Community is full of roaches. It's disgusting & management only suggestion is to empty all cabinets every month to spray. It foes nit work. Don't believe them when they say the problem is ubder co trol, they're lying!

I have lived here for 4 years and I would advise anyone to never set foot on this property. These apartments and the staff should never be allowed to exist. The office staff are rude and very inconsiderate to the residents problems. I have had two major plumbing issues and flooding here. All the could say was " where is rent", never apologetic to anything. So please run away from here. Also the cars driving up and down the street at 100 mph doesn't make it very comfortable either.
