Love everything about this place. New, clean, and comfortable. Only wish there was a fitness room, but thats okay!

The Isles seems amazing, but is largely about appearances. The underground parking isn't properly ventilated and the floor usually has a layer of black dust. The granite countertops, along with the nice looking appliances and cupboards, are all made with the cheapest materials from the cheapest brands to look good and still barely function. The pool is tiny, the hot tub is closed most of the school year and leaks into the parking lot. The gym isn't a full half court and the floor is a poor material. It's close, sure, but only to a couple south campus buildings-- there's a massive hill between the Isles and those buildings. The internet is fast, but hindered by some sort of security. The complex is designed for appearances rather than functionality, and most of the people that live there, as well(a lot of immature, mom/dad money dependent kids). I actually like the maintenance guy, but the management ignores tenant complaints because the owners are a couple old stubborn rich guys who don't care about you. One manager filled me with useless info and threatened me with lawyers. The place seems nice, and is in some ways, but I mostly felt ripped off. By the way, there was incentive given to write these rentlingo reviews, so I'd take the short ones with a grain of salt.

Underground parking is very nice! Apartments are very nice as well! Washer and dryer is awesome!

Maintenance is so fast to respond to problems. These apartments have been so great to live in. No complaints from me!
I walked up to some boys in the gym and asked where my little brother should live when he returns from his mission. They quickly responded "live at the Isles if you can!" Great random review in the gym - we're on the wait-list!
The Isles is my favorite complex I've ever lived at. It offers great amenities and is sooo close to campus! I plan on staying here for the rest of my college career!

Liked:
- Nice open rooms
- Alicia is kind and is wiling to work with you.
- Quick Maintenance (Gentleman was very kind, willing to help, and came quickly.)
Disliked:
- Closure of Hot Tub and dishonesty with contract.
- Slow Accommodating management: Three weeks to get volleyball net ready to go after I was told it would be ready in three days.
- Gym: false advertisement, small and not even able to play a real game of basketball or volleyball.
- Payment of Utilities: I do not understand how it varies month to month, yet it does not depend on the individual apartment use. No matter how much or how little utilities you use, you pay the average of what the complex as a whole uses.
- Raised Prices: A lot of my friends have not wanted to move into the Isles due to the increase of prices, and additional utility and parking payment.
- Moving In: A lot of items were missing when we moved in. Not everything was completely finished, paint was splattered, plugs and door handles missing.
- Fridge: Over winter break the fridge turned off so ALL of our food (including expensive meat, cheese, milk, yogurt and vegetables) were rotten and had to be thrown away.
Overall I would not give The Isles a good rating and would not recommend living here. Out of 5 managements that I have signed contracts with The Isles is the management I have least enjoyed working with.
McKenzi,
I'm sorry for your bad experience!! We much appreciate the feedback, and wish you all the best.
Prettiest girls in any BYU ward. Nice apartments. Very close to campus. Fun ward. Don't really have any complaints except that the hot tub was closed a lot of Winter.

The Isles is the cleanest, newest and most fun complex around! Ideal for students, have great kitchens, reasonably sized bedrooms and good storage area . Aasher and dryer a plus. Spacious showers and great storage space in both bathrooms. Guys:recent RMs - Masters students. Girls: sophomores to seniors (mainly on the younger side).
Underground parking. The hot tub and small pool's are great for hanging out.The clubhouse is great for parties, studying, working out or shooting some hoops. Sad to see the prices going up significantly for the upcoming year but that's how in-demand this place is. Highly recommend living here if you want something nice, close to campus and social but still intimate.
I love the Isles because it's such a fun place to live - the people are so awesome, the complex is quiet during the week which is great for studying, everything is brand new, and it's SO close to campus! I feel so spoiled living at the Isles and can't imagine living anywhere else. If possible, LIVE AT THE ISLES!!
The isles has been my favorite apartment complex I have lived in throughout my college life, BY FAR! It so nice having a smaller complex because we have one ward, that way everyone knows each other and can become friends more easily. The management is great and very accommodating. Granite counter tops, nice bathrooms, laundry room, new kitchen appliances, etc. I love the added feature of the full-length mirror and bulletin board in each room. The Isles is the best!

Nicest place I have ever lived at.

Brand new complex, SO close to campus, spacious living room/bedrooms, washer/dryer room, new appliances, granite counter tops, great closet space, two bathrooms, two sinks, basketball court, and GREAT ward!
The apartment is super spacious and has all sorts of amenities provided along with being primely placed next to campus
I have loved living here. There has been a great ward, great location, SO nice, and much more of just greatness. There are some things that I wish weren't problems. The pool and hot tub were shut off a lot of the time, I sent a problem online to maintenance and I don't know if they haven't received it or not, but its been a long time and they still haven't fixed the problems, and utilities are WAY expensive. This past month my roommates and I each had to pay $52. How would utilities be $208 just for our apt? I don't know maybe I don't understand how money adds up. If it didn't go up in price, I would still live there next year for sure though. There are way more positives than negatives :) Good work Isles!
