The Fairways at San Marcos is a true luxury apartment community. It offers nice amenities such as a pool, business center, and a really nice community room. The interiors are upgraded with granite, new appliances, and flooring that is a cut above the usual apartment grade. The interiors are also large and spacious, and it sits right on a golf course. Pros include: Interiors offer granite counters throughout, plush carpet, faux wood floors, and new appliances. These apartments are big and spacious. The golf course is on the back of the property and the south apartments are literally on the grass. On the down side, cabinets are refinished but older. Parking can be tight for guests during busy hours.

It is located on Chandler Blvd just east of Alma School. There is a golf course on the south side of the property and a hotel to the east. It is walking distance to downtown Chandler where there is plenty of shopping and dining.
