The Enclave
3255 S. Dorsey Lane, Tempe, 85282, AZ
The Enclave feels exactly as the name suggests. Its only major neighbor is a city park with its gorgeous fountains and open landscaping. This same open lushness is echoed in the landscaping and is truly breathtaking. The units are very well upgraded and designed, with the only room for improvement being higher end upgrades like granite counter tops or stainless steel appliances. Pros include: The units flow well, there is plenty of storage and they have been recently upgraded to faux hardwood flooring and quality black on black appliances. The different floor plans also each have unique touches, such as fireplaces (in two bedrooms) and extra vanity counter space in some two bedroom floor plans. On the down side, the amenities are disappointing as the fitness center and pools are pretty basic and there’s not much offered beyond that. The counter tops and washer and dryer units in the apartments are eyesores when compared to the more high end upgrades that have been done. Tips: This community is very earth friendly with paperless, online rent payment options, on site recycling and darker sun shades on the south and west facing windows to reduce air conditioning costs.
This community is centrally located in a quiet, suburban area of Tempe. It is within walking distance of the city park, local restaurants and grocery stores and is a short drive to several shopping malls, banks, hospitals and more.

I have enjoyed staying at the Enclave for the past 10 months. I havent had any issues beyond a broken heater (at a time it was actually needed last mid December), a broken garbage disposal and busted kitchen drain. All of which were handled expeditiously.
Recently however, I have fallen on hard times and can no longer afford to the 3 bed 2 bath casita that my family and I enjoyed. My husband first went on disability & was later laid off and now we are one month behind on rent and its almost impossible to catch up now with an initial $50 late fee plus an additional $10/day until paid. Our normal $1500 rent is up to $1800 now with November right around the corner. Having never been late until now I thght may buy us sometime but Im sure eviction is imminent.
Guess they're just doing there jobs.

DO NOT rent here. The office staff are by far the worst people I have ever meant. They will not help with anything but will allow your neighbors to harass you and then threaten to evict you for no reason when you are the person being harassed. Then when you move out they invent hundreds of dollars of "damages" but provide no proof or receipts when asked. This was a great complex until Greystar bought it and Monica became the manager. The apartments have broken items that they are not willing to fix and I had a terrible bug problem the entire time I live here with sewer roaches and ants. Also the rent if very high for what you are getting. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. Otherwise you will be spending a lot of money for a cheap, bug infested place with rude employees.
