We sent a former property manager to investigate

Overall one of Cupertino’s nicest properties - located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Both interiors and exteriors are in great condition. The clubhouse is newly renovated. There are lots of green areas and fountains throughout the complex making for a nice ambience. Pros include: Very close to a shopping center, restaurants, and stores. Spacious rooms and closets. All apartments come with balcony/deck and washer/dryer in unit. On the down side, not all units have stainless steel appliances. Apartments themselves feel like they are on the smaller side. Watch out: There is going to be construction soon because the complex will be adding 80 brand-new units.
