“Good location, poor value”

Just moved out after two years here, and I can tell you it’s simply not worth it. The building is old so there are constant issues. Public spaces in the complex feel grungy and damp, and many people have dogs (even large ones!) and don’t clean up after them. Management is difficult to work with, and the system for package deliveries is so inconvenient and frustrating that I had deliveries sent to work instead. (I made this decision after a package was lost and the leasing office wouldn’t take responsibility, even though FedEx tracking showed that someone in the office signed to accept my package delivery. The office manager refused to even apologize.) They have pest control, but you will still see bugs... and the roaches are quite large when you find them. Bottom line is that you can find newer buildings in Buckhead that are in much better shape with comparable rent.

This place is a DUMP - full of ghetto white trash tenants who are disgusting filthy neighbors. I am a vegan of 36 years because I love animals. I now HATE DOGS because I live surrounded by piles and piles and piles and piles of dog shit. Besides all of the unbelievable other disgusting problems I've had living here - I am surrounded by neighbors who REFUSE TO PICK UP THEIR DOGS SHIT! SERIOUSLY UNBELIEVABLE - have NEVER lived with such inconsiderate PIGS for neighbors in my life. I read a review about the dog crap issue before I moved in here but for the life of me could not imagine it being as bad as it is. I HATE living here it's a dump it's the worst place I've ever lived in. I don't even have people over because it's beyond embarrassing. My phone if full of hundreds of pictures of piles and piles of dog shit that I have to send to the office daily and ask them to please have someone come and pick up the dog shit. I am not going to contact the health department because this place should be condemned. Also the only reason they did "renovations" was because of black mold that gets in stucco due to water getting in the walls - an employee told me this. I have never been so unhappy, disgusted and miserable living anywhere as I am here.

Peachtree Hills is great
Walkable, great neighbors, and close to Treehouse!

Kinda sorta Buckhead
If you want to live in Buckhead on a budget or be close to the malls, then maybe this location is for you. Unfortunately, it's not really "in" Buckhead in my opinion, as most of the bars/restaurants are a solid 10-15 minute cab ride away with the traffic on Peachtree.

Wellington Buckhead
While these condos are a little older, it is a great place to live in the Buckhead area. The area is safe, has a lot of young people and is very central to many things in the city. Restaurants, bars and parks are all within a 5 minute drive. Some things are in walking distance, but probably not the best place for someone who does not have a car.

Great neighborhood!
For anyone who works in Buckhead or who is looking for a great family neighborhood, this is the spot. We loved living hear and got a great house for a reasonable amount of money. You can walk to restaurants and spots for a late night drink. Really awesome!

Peachtree Hills/Lindbergh
great parts of this area: super close to MARTA, charming peachtree hills neighborhood and easy access publix and some shopping. down side: middle of atlanta sprawl and not whole lot is walkable. can be tough to get in/out of this area when piedmont backs up. all in all a good area to live if you work in buckhead

Rented a house in Brookhaven for a year, and it was an incredible location for a family, and someone working in Buckhead; affordable, exceptionally convenient (the town brookhaven development has a publix, a costco, a gym, and a bunch of great restaurants and shops), plus there is a great commercial area on dresden with more places to eat, etc; brookhaven is underrated; I would stay south of oglethorpe, though - beyond that starts to 'feel' far away (if you work in buckhead, in particular)
