had a lousy experience this apartment is not up to par compared to other local apartments. response to maintenance issues are lousy as well as up keep rent is current going up again but not improvements, although new comers may receive a new upgraded apartment current tenants are currently paying close to that cost for NO improvements which Id expect new tenants will experience the same response as far as lack of repairs and upkeep. current pictures of pool area and tennis court are misleading on line. there is lots of late night noise from cars in local parking lots or ruckus from local bar fights. although manager is friendly shes simply that she is all about getting quick buck for the company as is misleading to upkeep on place. walkways are not kept with proper lighting a night security doesn't do their job and they make excuses to keep them. there's constant dumpster surfers and that has led to laundry theft. don't be fooled by the "good feedback" they've likely been approached my management as we once were to help them with good reviews all in the name of being friendly but when it comes down to it they truly don't care about the tenants its about the money. they make it appear to be all good but once your locked in a lease you wish you never rented here unless you been smooth talked by management. current issues raised rent for those of us not receiving the renovation/upgrade so leaks and lights and the list goes on in repairs. Prospective tenants save time go else where.
