The light-brown paint on the buildings look fresh, and there is no sign of wear to be seen on any of them. The landscape is excellent with lots of palm trees all over the community, giving it a beach-resort feel. Complimentary Wi-Fi is offered in social areas, and residents also have access to a 24-hour fitness room and swimming pool. The interior of the units are equally impressive, with linoleum hardwood floors in living spaces, and over-sized garden tubs in bathrooms. The kitchen is stacked with new appliances. Pros include: The buildings here are in impeccable condition. All units come with washers and dryers. Units also come standard with spacious private patios. Lots of palm trees all over give the community a resort feel. Kitchens come with an built-in microwave and ice maker. On the down side, the only amenities offered here are a swimming pool, fitness room, and Wi-Fi in social areas. Traffic can get hectic during rush hour given the busy location. Tips: First floor units come with linoleum hardwood floors, while others have carpet in living spaces.
