This is a well maintained property with neutral tan exterior with darker brown trim and reddish brown brick accents. Courtyards are green with plenty of manicured grass and large trees. The community room has modern green and orange colors with metro style furnishings. Floor plans are limited, but they all offer washer and dryers in the units. The patios are a good size and the closets have plenty of space. Residents can choose optional upgrades of wood flooring in living and dining areas. Pros include: The washer and dryers in the units are average but newer. It is possible to choose a floor plan that has a fireplace, walk-in closets, and access to the patio and balcony from master bedroom and living room. Community room has a nice modern design with billiards table. The fitness center has new equipment as well. On the down side, the community has one centrally located spot for most of the amenities with one pool. The parking is all undesignated which can become a nuisance. The microwaves in all of the units are small. Watch out: The two buildings closest to I-10 freeway may get some freeway noise.
51st street, which is residential, is to the south where the main entrance to the community is located. The north of the community has 2 buildings which are next to I-10, separated by a large wall to reduce the noise. A mid-sized hotel is located to the west of this property. There is another apartment community located to the south of 51st street. A professional plaza is nearby with doctors and dental offices. The community is a few blocks away from a shopping center which has a convenience store, restaurants, and a post office. I-10 is conveniently located to this property as well as being near the US-60.
