San Cierra is a true luxury apartment experience. The grounds are lush and the exteriors are well kept. The amenities offer pools with water features and covered bar areas with hi-def TVs. The gym and the community room are upscale and tastefully decorated. The interiors of the apartments offer new appliances and ceramic tile flooring. Size of the apartments are large and townhome like. Overall a very nice community. Pros include: Lush mature landscaping. The pool has a waterfall and is clean and inviting. There is ceramic tile in the entry way, kitchen, and bathrooms. Interiors are large and updated. On the down side, parking can get crowded during busy hours and hard to find for guests. Counters are formica and look out of place with the rest of the interiors.
San Cierra is located on Arizona Avenue just south of Elliot Road. It is surrounded by apartments and has office buildings across the street to the east. It is just minutes from shopping and dining.
I have lived here for just a few months and it's been an awesome experience. I had a super tight time frame to find a new apartment and I was able to get in fast. The staff were super helpful and gave me a list of everything I needed before the move.
The gym is perfect! My last place was tiny. Had only a few things - I was able to cancel my gym membership because this place had all I needed! Weights, rower, and a stair master, a sauna, and 24-hours.
My doggo also loves living here! Has pet stations through out and a dog park!
Maintenance is on top of it too! I put in a work order online and they come in and fix what ever it is fast!
Always recommending this place to my co-workers since it's so close to work.
I love that staff is always helpful and things get completed quickly and proficiently! The location is awesome, near everything you need, from restaurants, downtown Chandler, chandler mall (really nice mall), hospital, dr.s and near the freeways to get you to where you need to go. The staff makes sure grounds, pool and all buildings are clean. Friendly staff is definitely a plus, I never have to hesitate to ask for any help, whether faxing, or picking up packages or anything I may need. Maintenance is definitely on top of it, they take care of everything quickly and make sure it is done correctly. Ellie is always ready to help and proficient. All staff has been great and makes it worryfree! San Cierra is a great place to live!
