I've never been treated so terribly by an office staff. Emailing them doesn't get any answer. The phone just rings and rings with no voicemail box. Depending on the member of staff, you get completely differing responses and then the don't do what they said they would. Have had issues with this on many, many occasions

“Avoid this place”

Worst experience I have had with housing in provo. The management is terrible. They frequently shut off the water for maintenance as often as once a week. The apartments are all old and cramped, with beat up furniture and warped mattresses. The whole place turns into a mess anytime there's any weather with the icy metal stairs and wet moldy carpets. There are very strict monthly cleaning checks. Rent is cheap until you get the utilities bill, which was always between $40-$50, plus exorbitant late fees and cleaning check penalties. It's in a terrible location too--I had friends get bike parts stolen and my roommate got his iPad and wallet stolen. The ward wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. The pointless "chastity wall" kind of puts a damper on the social life.

“Not worth it”

I live in a 4 person apartment and for $300 I could live a lot closer to campus and in a new apartment. Our apartment is really run down. The bedrooms are decent sized, the kitchens are incredibly tiny, and there is a lot of storage space throughout the apartment. Maintenance is really good about responding to requests and fixing things. The pool closed early last semester (bummer) but the year-long hot tub has had issues. It's been closed the majority of my year here. The big set of stairs on the girls side need to be replaced since they're starting to rust (it's really scary!!). Parking is a joke. Half of the north lot has a literal ice shelf and all the spots are smaller. If you're not in a spot by 8, you'll have to park in the overflow across the street. The only thing that has kept me here is the FANTASTIC ward and bishopric. Seriously the best in all of Provo. tldr; You'll survive if you live here, but I don't recommend it.

“super amazing place to live! ”

the wards are fantastic, the rooms are quite big, there is always enough parking, everyone there is so nice and friendly!

I love that its not too far a walk from campus. the best thing about it is the amount of closet space!!

“Great place to live!”

I live in a corner apartment with a balcony. All of the apartments have dishwashers too! Two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Huge closets!
