The Promenade of Jersey Village is a large community that has a lot to offer its residents. The brick buildings are in good condition and the same can be said about the greenery. The community swimming pool is large and inviting thanks to its resort style design. Residents here also have access to a bunch of other amenities like a basketball court, tennis court, and top-end fitness room. The interior of the units here aren't too shabby either, with lots of storage space, garden tubs in all bathrooms, and brand new appliances in the kitchen, including an inbuilt microwave. The Promenade is located minutes away from highways 290 and 6, which are both packed with lots of shopping malls and other leisure destinations. It's in the Cy Fair ISD region, which has some of the better schools in the Houston area. The Promenade is located on a quiet street off the busy Jones road, so it's a bit isolated from all the hustle and bustle in the area.
