The location is key because it's close to lots of shopping and schools, yet still feels secluded. The environment is very nature oriented with lots of trees and natural landscaping. Although the bike trails and extra amenities are a plus, the interior of the units as well as some of the amenities could use some extra work. A good breadth of amenities, including two picnic areas, two small playgrounds, bike trails, two car washing stations, and a forest-like landscaping that promises serenity. On the down side, while they have a breadth of amenities, some renovating is in need, especially in the gym and main pool area. Tips: The top floors have vaulted ceilings, and garages are available for an extra fee. Watch out: The standard units have Berber carpeting, which may snag, run, and tear. The putting green is electrically run and shuts off at 9:30 p.m.
