“Nice place”

That’s a nice place to live when it comes to going to work but the only thing I dislike is that when it rains it floods on the main street and the water comes inside the building

I read the previous reviews and frankly couldn't agree more. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. Current situation, it's 11pm on a weekday and the fire alarm has been going on and off throughout the building for over an hour. The best part is, management is not around to help ALL of the tenants.

“Would leave less than one star...”

This place is a joke. Nothing "luxurious" about it at all. Gym is tiny, have no idea what the "Java cafe" is that they boast on their site, along with some other "amenities" listed on their actual property website. Elevators hardly are ever both working at one time. Pet friendly is nice, but be prepared to listen to barking dogs all day, everyday, and walking down the hallways lined with urine stained carpet. Moving in was a hassle - lied to, promises made that couldn't be kept. The one nice thing we had to look forward to was a pool, promised for 2nd week of August. Today is 8/31, still no pool - just a giant hole and disgusting looking parking lot/entrance and construction workers whenever they do show up. The prices are a bit less than others around it, but increase significantly when your lease is due for renewal. Property manager on site is awful. The supervisor is all the way out at the JRK corporate office - IN LOS ANGELES - and also does not care to help when there are serious issues. Clearly, not able to effectively supervise from that far away. The one maintenance guy on site is nice and has completed work for me when needed. Besides that, the only pro to living here is that laundry and water is free. If asked by someone looking for an apartment and considering this location, would highly recommend they check elsewhere.

“The Worst, continues.”

I noticed that some has already written a review and it's sad to say nothing much has changed here.

Pretty cheap compared to other places

You get what you pay for, the laundry is free and the laundry room is beyond disgusting.

Dido to all that the previous person mentioned about the management, neighbors and wonderful dog poop everywhere, Just not a good please to live. Go elsewhere.

“The Worst”

If your version of luxury is having an office staff that is never available, your car being towed out of the lot even though you have a resident sticker, your neighbors being unbelievably inconsiderate by blasting their bass all day and night, and people leaving their dog poop out in the hall for over 24 hours and management not sending a cleaning crew to clean up the hallways for over 24 hours, then One Webster is the building of your dreams.

Peach Farm (Chinatown)
Best late-night food in boston is found at the Peach Farm. Get there at 1:45am (or earlier) to get in, or else you'll be in line forever. Don't necessarily recommend living in chinatown, but it's fun to visit if you're out in beacon hill or back bay somewhere.

Charming neighborhood
Very quaint and charming neighborhood, easy walking distance to downtown and Back Bay, and easy to hop on the T to Cambridge. Apartments tend to be older, and not a ton of nightlife, but some great restaurants
