“"A Diamond in the Rough"”

Considering most of the apartment complexes on Roswell Rd. are older, One Sovereign Place has maintained its Southern Charm. We have been living in the community for more than a year now and never had any complaints. The apartment complex is CLEAN, WELL- LIT, WELL-KEPT and most of all, very QUIET (unusual for being on one of the busiest streets in Atlanta). The community staffs led by Mia, Nina and the maintenance crews are very helpful and will respond immediately for any maintenance issues and requests. The added screen porch in every unit is a very nice feature of the complex especially for a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing night glass of wine, indeed a diamond in the rough!

“Overall: Very Nice”

Yesterday my toilet broke and they fixed it just this morning. I wanted to leave a review to give them a rating on their service. Icalled them around 1 PM and they had a plumber in my apartment at 9 AM the next day. They offered to let me use the office's bathroom until then. I want to congratulate them on providing me a bathroom to use and having my bathroom repaired so quickly.

I've been at One Sovereign Place for nine months and have had an overall great time. They have a clean, well-kept community, and the amenities are pretty nice. My only issue has been with my neighbors who can be pretty loud sometimes. Other than that, it's been really good.

Kinda sorta Buckhead
If you want to live in Buckhead on a budget or be close to the malls, then maybe this location is for you. Unfortunately, it's not really "in" Buckhead in my opinion, as most of the bars/restaurants are a solid 10-15 minute cab ride away with the traffic on Peachtree.

Wellington Buckhead
While these condos are a little older, it is a great place to live in the Buckhead area. The area is safe, has a lot of young people and is very central to many things in the city. Restaurants, bars and parks are all within a 5 minute drive. Some things are in walking distance, but probably not the best place for someone who does not have a car.

Great neighborhood!
For anyone who works in Buckhead or who is looking for a great family neighborhood, this is the spot. We loved living hear and got a great house for a reasonable amount of money. You can walk to restaurants and spots for a late night drink. Really awesome!

Rented a house in Brookhaven for a year, and it was an incredible location for a family, and someone working in Buckhead; affordable, exceptionally convenient (the town brookhaven development has a publix, a costco, a gym, and a bunch of great restaurants and shops), plus there is a great commercial area on dresden with more places to eat, etc; brookhaven is underrated; I would stay south of oglethorpe, though - beyond that starts to 'feel' far away (if you work in buckhead, in particular)
