“BEWARE!!!!”

Well for one this is a beautiful property without the Septic Pipe Leaks in apartments and water leaks, an egostatical and arrogant Regional Manager named Stephen Giambrone

who allows permanent employees to come in drunk and harrassing residents while he gives the bare minimum service to residents paying basically over 3000/mo.... If anything goes wrong in your apartment he will let you know thru the property manager cause he's a coward that you are not priority and your problem can wait because it doesnt concern his precious Rooftop. Permanent employees cleaning apartments while on the clock instead of cleaning the building( isnt this stealing time?) and talking to other employees disrespectfully who might i add still is employeed but unreliable and irresponsible. She doesnt stay in an employees place calling other employees questioning them as if she is their supervisor but no one peeps a word.... Back to Stephen Giambrone.

He is a very insensitive person who shouldnt have a job where human communication and interaction is necessary.... He's Customer Service is doodoo! I dont not understand how these people still have jobs!

Awesome neighbourhood full of bars and restaurants and character and just a fun filled place.

Great alternative to DT DC
We moved to Pentagon City for the lower taxes. The Gramercy was a great deal (much cheaper than other VA suburbs) and in a great location. It was walkable to the metro, and less congested than the city.

Best location in DC
This was the perfect location between Dupont, Georgetown, and Foggy Bottom. The downside is that it was expensive and rampant with GU kids. 2400M was a nice building, but they were increasing prices like crazy, and the GU kids were tripling-up in the rooms.

Close to Adamns Morgan & Dupont
This is a great location because it's two blocks away from Adams Morgan. Awesome nightlife, bars, restaurants, etc. It's also close to Dupont. The one negative is that it isn't close to a Metro stop which makes communiting a bus affair.

Pet friendly!
One of the few DC apartment buildings that allows dogs over 50 pounds.

Awesome building. Quiet, nice amenities...only problem is distance from any metro stop!

Best Location in the city
Right off of 14th Street with access to both the new restaurants and shops of 14th Street, near the P Street Wholefoods, and walking distance to U Street bars is the best place right now to live in DC. Lots of new hotspots going in all the time and development in the housing market. You can walk to everything and the neighborhood has an ecclectic and vibrant feel.

Great building. Walk anywhere from here! Whole foods nearby, 14th st bars, U St, Dupont. Great rooftop pool. Amazing location. Only downside is expensive prices that go up every month
