Colonial Grand at Old Town Scottsdale is a Spanish style property abundant in lush landscaping and resort style amenities. The interior courtyard is perfectly manicured and the sparkling pool and spa is very inviting complete with cabanas, lounge furniture and a separate bar area for entertaining. Pros include: This community is resort style living. The community is lush and green in its landscape and the water features throughout the complex add to the resort feel. The two bedroom apartments offer a split floor plan and the spacious walk in closets in both bedrooms provide lots of storage space. On the down side, the parking at this complex is a definite concern. Every units gets one covered space, but not necessarily close to your unit. The community is a great find in Old Town Scottsdale. With controlled access gates the area feels very secure. Tucked away is a residential area in Old Town Scottsdale, the community is tranquil and relaxing. But you are still close to everything downtown Scottsdale has to offer.
