“Dirty breezeway and cluttered balconies ”

I am a current resident here at northbridge apartments .and I like my spacious one bedroom apartment it feels like you’re in a home until you get someone upstairs with a dog running threw the house which could be a small dog but it sounds like the person has a horse running on the ceiling. And the breeze ways are so dirty until it’s embarrassing to invite someone to come over to visit . An some of it is the garbage collectors who drag dripping bags of garabage threw the breezeway leaving stains all threw ,but in my building I go out and clean the whole floor where I live on the second floor to make my self feel good about coming home to a fairly decent place. But I didn’t know in other buildings it was even nastier until I went to visit someone else who lives here and it was unbelievable as to how dirty it is because not everyone here will clean a breezeway and it’s not their job to it’s just that it’s never done so I think the breezeways should be just as clean as much as lawn maintance that’s call crub appeal to the public we need a clean environment to come home to.its stated in our lease that no one is to leave their garbage cans out all day pick up time is at 8 in the evening that cause roaches and other rodents to start hanging out .and those people with all this clutter on the balconies like old mattresses and house furniture on the balconies should have to be clean .those were things that was not allowed before we got new Waterton management,

“Highly recommend to ask for Enrique Morales ”

Well I must say after reading all this reviews, I had to experience it my self. I went to Northbridge and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the leasing agent Enrique Morales. I will say I was a bit unpleasant to him, yet he welcomed me with a genuine and very professional manner. I asked him what he had available for a one bedroom, and what is included in the rent and what is the amenities, most importantly how is the security here? To my surprise I have never had anyone explained everything very clearly, honest and to the point in the most Profesional manner way. His responded with three different floor plans, explained that that cable provider is now Spectrum it comes with 175 channels HBO, CINEMAX and SHOWTIME come included. Then he explained that the only two fees that I would get on top of my rent would be $25 charge for Trash Valet and my bill for Water and sewer. He then told me that some units come with Washer and dryer if they don't have it in the unit is would have to rent it for a third party company and they would come in and install it and charge $30 for both W/D. He then explained to me that the Gate guard is there 24-7 he said to me that he ask to the new residents to make their visitors experience much better and the guard jobs more easier, for the residents call in advance to gate office and let them know of the visitors they are expecting with name and their building number, Unit number and residents that is expecting them. He then took me on the tour of the model, now I'm telling you Enrique in the hole tour he was very knowledgeable spoke with such confidence in truly felt he was very genuine. From the model to the game room and fitness ares, he explained with detailed, I have to be honest with you all, by the end of the tour I thought he was going to be one of those pushy and pressuring agents, Enrique did not ones made me feel pressured nor was he pushy. He was the complete opposite very upbeat super friendly made me feel very welcomed. In my opinion and experience with Enrique I would definitely would want to live in this property. Northbridge is very lucky to have Enrique working in there office because with reviews like the ones I have read Enrique completely made me forget then. Well I hope that if and when you ready my experience here at Northbridge I really truly recommend see Enrique Morales and hopefully he will treat you the way he treated me. I will be applying here for a unit can't wait. Thank you!

“Run Run Run , very bad management”

I do not recommend Northbridge at Millenia Lake to anyone is better to run and spend your money and deal with professional people than dealing with a management like that .

Terrible manager Ann Ruiz has no idea what she is doing she is rude unprofessional and terrible attitude , you pay a lot of money to rent there and they treat you specially her very bad is like she owns the property , her head bigger than her title , it's a shame she is the manager there I cannot understand how she got this job.

“I do not recomend”

The Northbridge apartments administrations fools you right from the beginning. While you are in the decision making process they make you feel like they will be of complete courtesy and assistance to you the whole time. But just wait until you move. Every single time anyone from the house, we lived in four, had to go there for any reason we were absolutely mistreated. They aren't available, they speak Spanish when you are in the renting process , but then when you need them after you moved they say they only speak English. They tell you to come back because the responsible for this or that is not available, and again and again. After a while, going to the office starts making you feel bad. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor when you are paying a lot of money to live there. There's a list of problems: how higher rent got after the first year, how they are never available to help you, how we have left for over a month and are still to pay us back the deposit. Honestly, it's all pathetic. Do not recommend at all. Save yourself some trouble and find another place to live.

“Nice apartments, not so great staff and security”

When I first moved in Justin helped us out, and he was great. Unfortunately he left shorty after. Right now there are one or two helpful people who work there. The rest I've encountered are just rude or have no idea what they're doing. One lady with long blonde hair and braces is particularly snotty/rude. If you do end up moving here, don't go to her for anything. Mitzy is also another one to avoid, she has absolutely NO idea what she is doing. The office manager had to come over and assist her with something pretty easy. Every time I walk in there in I'm honestly shocked to see she's still there. They did just recently introduce free valet trash, which is awesome because the dumpster situation was REALLY bad. As far as safety, I feel about 75% safe here. Since I moved in July/August I've gotten 2 emails about break ins and increased security. I'm glad they actually did something about it and were honest with the residents. A huge plus is parking, there is a lot of it. The apartments are very nice, mine even came with a washer/dryer. Security isn't the best. Over half the time I see them just waving people through the gate. Not stopping each car to check IDs like they're supposed to. Which is scary to know that they're letting anyone and everyone into a "secure" community. Overall, this is an average to place to live. There's definitely better, and there's definitely worse.

“Seems like a great place”

Northbridge on Millenia Lake was one of the apartments that I seriously considered move into December 2015. I ended up moving into some nice apartments in Holden Heights, but thought that I should review Northbridge still. They took my husband and I on a tour, showed us all of the great amenities (bowling alley was temping), and a couple of the different floor plans. They didn’t just show us models which was surprising. The apartments were spacious and in very nice condition. I checked the water pressure and didn’t find any problems. Also, the rate was very good for the quality, but the place we found in Holden Heights was closer to my work, so we decided on that.

“Do NOT rent from them! Crime filled area!”

This area is filled with crime, and they are not doing anything to curb the occurrence. My apartment was broken into the individual upstairs from me had their car stolen in board daylight, and there are tons of reported crime that is on public record, I implore you to take a look. This place is unsafe, horrible security and horrible management.
