Milano is a new, gated three-story brown and tan stucco complex surrounding a large interior courtyard and resort-style swimming pool. The property has excellent amenities, including a putting green and a well-equipped fitness center, and is very well maintained. Pros include: Milano features large floor plans with nine-foot ceilings and crown molding. Kitchens open onto separate dining areas over breakfast bars. Appliances are new and good quality but not stainless steel. Master bedrooms feature “his and her” walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with large oval tubs and dual vanity sinks. New washer/dryers are included. French doors lead to private patios or balconies, or to lushly manicured interior courtyards. On the down side, the countertops and appliances could be higher quality to meet the standards of other top properties. Tips: Selected units offer built-in bookcases, computer desks and deluxe kitchens with wine racks. The third floor features 12-foot vaulted ceilings.
