“LOUSY PLACE!!! No peace!!!”

Brand new apartments, yet HORRIBLE management!

- They keep doing constructions during the day, lousy noise of drillers all the time.

- Low class neighbors who speak out loud in the hallways.

- Overpriced for the noisy location because of airplanes!

- Your guests have no place to park their cars.

- You can listen pretty much your neighbors conversations.

- LOUSY LOUSY PLACE! Airplanes and internal noise!

Stay OUT of this garbage place!

“I could not wait to get out”

The police was always there for domestic issues. The elevator and hallway smelled like weed. People where always playing music by the pool area until very late on weeknights. Maintenance would go into the apartment without permission. There is zero guest parking. There is dog poop every where. The laundry is every expensive per use and it was full of pet hairs.

“Careless tenants, expensive rent considering the surrounding areas and size...”

Things started well with our move in only requiring a $500 deposit since they were trying to fill the building after the grand opening. The building is nice yet the apartments are small and after our first year they increased the rent to almost $1500 for a 2/1 which in comparison to other buildings is small. The surrounding areas is nothing to be amazed about. They eliminated most of the visitors parking so disregard inviting family and friends over on the weekends because they'll be driving around in circles with no where to park. The halls and elevators smell like marijuana most of the time and our upstairs neighbor was being very violent to his wife many nights. We tried involving the security and the cops were never called so our sleep is not taken into no type of consideration even on a Tuesday night. We will not be renewing our lease.

“Rude office staff, loud neighbors”

I lived here for 8 months. The apartment was nice however the tole cracked halfway through my lease and the repairs lasted for about two weeks; the tiles were still loose after they were "repaired". The neighbors played music so loudly, my smoke detector fell off the wall because of the vibrations from their sound system. There were also a constant smell of marijuana in the hallway that persisted despite numerous complaints to the office manager. Would not recommend this building to anyone. The office staff is impolite and not helpful. The residents are obnoxious. Take your money elsewhere!

“Beautiful and unfortunately noisy!”

The apartments look nice, the only thing is that people from certain apartment get drunk and scream at night, sometimes till morning... This happened many times and unfortunately, the management doesn't do anything about it. These people ignore all the requests to not be very loud, and yet they are still living in this building. I wonder if they happen to be friends with the management, so that concerns of every other resident here are so bluntly disregarded. Beware!

Lived here for 2 years
I lived in the Met One building at the southern end of Biscayne Boulevard and really enjoyed the area. Farther north, there are some shady areas, but this location is great and safe. Beautiful views of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, easy access to I-75 and Brickell is just across the bridge. Quick walk up to the AA Arena and very simple to get on I-395 to get over to South Beach
The perfect apartment didn't show up this time, did it? No worries, since our Miami apartment finder will be sure to find you something in the area.
