Both the exterior and interiors are clean and well maintained but also not flashy or top of the line. Quality appliances and nice amenities such as tennis courts. Although the location is great, there is some traffic noise that can be heard inside. Pros include: Full size washer/dryer units imported from Europe. Great amenities include tennis courts and basketball hoop. Walk-in closets. Fireplaces with mantles in some units. On the down side, some traffic noise can be heard in unit. Limited parking for a second vehicle. Pool area could be upgraded with better patio furniture and/ or some BBQs. Tips: First floors have large patios with side gates. Watch out: Parking is free- for- all, so you may have to park further away from your apartment.
I am so upset with their customer service and they way they treat people. I been promised to get my sliding door and screen replaced ever since i moved into this place and my lease is almost over and i am still running after them to fix it. I had so many people ask permission to come into the condo to check the sliding door and screen and kept saying "oh my yes this has to be replaces asap" and then one gentleman even ordered the door and screen right in front of me and said it will get replaced asap. But it didn't get replaced! I came back a few weeks later asking why its still not fixed they said "oh i'm sorry i'm new i am not sure what they were supposed to do let me check and i will get back to you",the lady checked in system and saw there was problems with my sliding door and screen but no order placed to replace the sliding door and screen.!!!! AGAIN i waited and waited for months .I came back in a few weeks again and a girl told me that "she doesn't think the sliding door needs to be replaced but the screen does." She said it slides just fine and you have to know how to open and close it. i can go and show you!i was like wow ! i cant believe this! Its so hard to open the door with the lock its almost impossible ! i have to always wait for my husband to come home and close it for me.But even after she promised to fix it for me then it still wasn't fixed!! I came back to the office last week asking about the same problem and they were like oh wow i didn't know it was
I would never recommend this place to anybody.Very dusty and dirty.tennis court is always dirty,no pool all the summer,they do construction all the year.It is too noisy and all dust is in your apartment.Utility bills are almost $60.washer and dryer combo is sucks,old style kitchen.And the worst thing is the management.Those two ladies are liars and whisperers.They are absolutely non educated and disrespectful.They will charge you every penny.And all this crazy stuff for $840 a months for one br appt.You better stay away of such a stressful place!
