“Worst Apartment Complex and the worst staff to go with it”

nce the past reviews of the Mansions has been erased from google, yahoo. yelp, and so on allow me to give a summary of the problems that the residents face here. Have lived here for about 2 years-almost 2 and a half- After the "buy out" I expected for the new company to "clean house. I was wrong. Not only are the apartments made with the same materials as an elementary school science project. The front doors don't close and must be lifted to be shut completely to fit the literal holes in the frame that do not even match the locks; the windows that are advertised-the ones where you can see outside but no one can see inside- do not exist. They are there but they do not work as advertised, anyone can see in whether the blinds are closed or not. The walls may or may not be made of balsa wood. All I know is that I can here every conversation, cough, breath and footstep of each and everyone of my neighbors. If you would even call them that. No one speaks to any one here. It's always uncomfortably silent. Residents or prisoners as I like to call those who live here along with me, fear going outside to walk their dogs for they might be charged with another nickle and dime fee for leaving a broom on their patio or something ridiculous like that. I guess that is why cars are stolen and broken into to, because no one feels comfortable enough o go outside to prevent such actions. Anyone can get in here, the walk-through entry gate has no lock let alone door handle. Now lets talk about the management and how they run things as well as the wonder why they have yet to be fired. I don't know about many working ladies and gentlemen but in my day when I had a menial job, I lived in fear that I would be fired for showing up late or taking a sick day when I had the flu. However here it is different. Apparently now a days you can treat customers, residents, those who help with your paycheck with no respect what so ever. When confronted with problems, the staff does nothing to fix the problem, nothing to address the problem, and does not even give an effort to apologize for said problem. After you deal with the self absorbed staff and ask to speak with someone who is above their station and may be better at their job, you get what you always get here: disappointment. Why? Well that is a very good question, because the manager is not at all well suited to be a manager at all. She must have little to no experience in customer service, customer relations, or business for that matter. The numerous times I have attempted to come by to speak to her-attempted because she hides from residents, takes unusually long lunch breaks, and leaves before anyone gets out of their real job. However I was able to speak to her a few times and what I got was unbelievable. She denied any problem I had, refused to cooperate or do anything at all to fix it. Here are some examples of their customer relation training answers: "that couldnt have happened" "my staff doesnt do that" "that didnt happen" "I didnt mean it like that". It may finally be the year I do not renew my lease. The complex must be hurting, I know their investors were. They have to do a lot more than change the name to get people to want to stay here. Half of the residents have left, what is one more.
