The complex has curb appeal, and the community amenities are updated and beautiful. The location is less than a mile from Folsom Lake, and connects to bike trails, but extra parking is limited. Pros include: The clubhouse, gym, and pool area look beautiful and inviting. Some units have front patio entrances, and others have high- vaulted ceilings. Upgraded interiors with full size washers and dryers, and large wall closets. On the down side, parking can be limited for an additional vehicle or for guests. Homes that border Folsom- Auburn Blvd. may hear some traffic on the west side of the complex. Given the spread out nature of the property, some community amenities may be far away from your unit. Watch out: You can only choose a covered parking spot or a small garage (for a fee) to be assigned to your unit but you can’t upgrade and have both.
