Kempwood Place Hollow Apartments is a little bit better than the average residential community. Some of the buildings show some signs of wear and tear like faded paint, but, overall, most are in decent shape. The landscaping is well-maintained. The interior of the units are a bit better with spacious rooms, two-inch blinds, a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a large patio area. Pros include: Units are on the spacious side. The community is gated for extra security. Residents have access to an inviting pool. Units have a large patio area and vinyl hardwood floors in living spaces. On the down side, not all units come with a washer and dryer and some don’t have hook ups. The bathrooms feel cramped. There are no storage spaces in the patio area. Traffic in the area tends to get hectic during peak hours.
Kempwood Place Hollow Apartments is located in a busy, working-class neighborhood that’s close to Highway 290 and Beltway 8. There are lots of business and services in the area, as well as fun places to go. It’s in the Cy Fair ISD region, and it’s also close to lots of businesses.
