Ironhorse is a luscious little community with many major points for providing beautiful interiors, elegant amenities, and being situated just a single street away from major shopping centers. Pros include: Pool, fitness center and business center are all open 24 hours. Homes have ceiling fans in all major living areas and closets even have windows to provide some daylight. Kitchens are fabulous and modern. The easy location to shopping centers is a delightful bonus, as most homes require a brief drive for daily shopping. On the down side, community rooms could use a little updating, as they seem to have been forgotten at some point. Although not a major concern as the area is optimistically safe, parking is not gated.
Ironhorse is located on a cul-de-sac on 27th Street, a block from the Tromonto shopping center including restaurants, grocery and department stores. It's a very quiet area day or night with security and serenity in high acclaim.
would not recommend at all. the complex is very deceiving. outside made to look nicer than apartments are. the complex received county money to improve so poorly coordinated upgrades (barely a step-up) have been occurring over last year along with lower income residents that unfortunately bring lower income typical behaviors, people up late hours on balconies and junk vehicles. possible ability to pay and not credit appear to be only key to getting in. rent is very overpriced for what the actual units provide; certainly not management of which many residents complain. dont bother calling with concerns. alot of turnover, motel type rentals of vacancies, and overall seemingly high number of vacancies overall. management staff while friendly very poor and maintenance is short staffed often doing band-aid fixes. semi trucks regularly park on road leading to main entrance; doesnt help being right next to i17; parking spaces very tight and carports not designed well. always check required real estate license record of property managers before making your decisions. fancy magazine style rental office does not cover up vast complex shortcomings. only pro i can see is that complex is behind a shopping plaza w/a grocery store.
used to be great living here but it became very unpleasant after a different company took ownership, bad custoimer service and no one cleaned and took care of the outside and when i moved out there was a lot of empty units, on top of that they wanted a high amount for rent on my new renewal so i put in my notice and left. i do miss how close i was to great shopping.
You guys are awesome! Lived here 4 years now and have had no problems the staff is like family any problems we have ever had they have solved within 48hrs. I highly recommend that you give this property a look at if you are interested in moving into an apartment. It's warm and inviting. They have a lot of amenities for family and pets. Pinnacle has taken over Ironhorse as of a year ago and has totally destroyed this place in that short time. No community events, no communication...they don't landscape anymore and they don't take care of sidewalks and building grounds. Trash litters out building walkways everywhere and the pool area is filthy with rotten furniture with holes in it and broken tabletops. Office staff are rude and do not want to hear any complaints/service requests and will ignore you or dismiss you to get you out of their hair. Everyone's rent has skyrocketed as well and it is very unsettling how many people have moved out. Such a sad shame because this used to be a beautiful place with a great office staff.
