Hidden Cove
2001 West Union Hills Drive, Phoenix, 85027, AZ
Hidden Cove is the quintessential apartment complex forgotten by time. Home features operate fine, but nothing is a must have here and a lack of amenities and additional costs are a burden unto the resident. Even the pricing is on the higher side for the sheer lack of features. Pros include: The property is quiet and residents keep to themselves. While not much is offered inside, they are presented quite clean and a moderate-sized complex is a comfortable size. On the down side, amenities like a community room and fitness center are non-existent. Apartment interiors are clearly dated, with exposed brick walls and shoddy wooden countertops. Admittedly $5 is not much, but having to pay for covered parking is the same annoyance as a loose fly in your home. Watch out: Carports and pool view (of which there is not much of one) cost extra per month.
The complex is not gated, but Union Hills is a very residential road without a lot of foot activity. It is near a small strip mall, but doesn't draw major activity to become a burden on the physical location of the property.

In addtion to credit and background check before moving in, they state they do another criminal background at lease renewal time. If they enforce that, that can make a huge
difference.

Initial description must be out of date. They had an excercise room (at least in photos) as well as whirlppol and pool. Insides look nice. Prices also out of date: now $575 single bedroom, $670-$$775 for 2 bedroom, 2 bath depending on floorplan/size. Every apartment has fireplace and covered patio with outside storage (on patio). Grounds clean. Don't know- the model showed none of the "problems" stated in the beginning.
