We sent a former property manager to investigate

Heather Brook has a fairly good location, but the amenities are almost non existent. The units are very cramped and not high quality. Pros include: This property has a beautiful courtyard and large green belts. The location is also fairly ideal, especially for those who are without a car. On the down side, the layout of the units is very cramped. The washer and dryer are in a closet that opens out to the dining room. It seems impossible that one can use the washer and dryer while having a dining room set. The kitchen and bathrooms are also very small.

“Nice apartment ”

The apartments are nice but there are no rules , children run around unsupervised and screaming all day .
