I don't know what happened to the regular maintenance guy. The apartment management sent a woman to fix the empty up-stairs apartment, and she was stomping a lot. She walked throughout the apartment over and over again, and she was slamming kitchen cabinets and drawers. I said aloud, "stop!," but she didn't stop. She stomped harder.

The other maintenance guy never walked like that when he went up-stairs apartment; He was considerate, and respectful, and never acted like he was the boss. I wanted to make the manager aware that this woman is very rough, and doesn't show any respect for tenants; I felt embarrassed to speak directly with the manager.

I've seen better for that price, but needed to move fast since I was coming home from overseas (military). They are dark, some rooms don't have any light or the light is very small so prepare to buy more lamps. My move was easy, but within the first week the apartment flaws started to show: cabinets were sticky from over painting (covering up from previous renters), towel racks falling, seal for tub melting off, etc. After 9 months I decided to move out at the end of my lease. I tested the leasing office integrity and asked her when my move out date was just to be sure she wouldn't charge me an extra month. She lied and said my move out date was a month after my lease termination date. I moved out on time because I always keep copies of everything and made sure to NOT depend on what she said. When I did, the office decided to hold my apartment and try to rent it out under the last month of my lease along with charging me for that months rental bills. Once I talked to her replacement she fixed those charges. They still decided to charge me over my deposit due ($400) to "clean up" crew. I had the carpets professionally cleaned by someone else, so they reimbursed me the $200. However, this was not nearly enough of the other ridiculous charges. I worked a lot and went to school full time so the apartment was barely used. I even made sure that I spent 2 days cleaning prior to move out and they still charged me for repainting and what they think is heavy clean up among other charg

Know your contract!! Hidden fees like trash pick-up, insurance, and a coop water bill, so add 100-120 on top of rent. This does not include your other bills like smud internet..you can not op out they are in the contract.
