Greenspoint is a perfect blend of modern amenities and updated home features to stand out among the neighboring communities of the area. It's a spectacular property with very few qualms. Pros include: The kitchen area stands out remarkably - the light gray countertops mesh very well with white appliances and cabinetry. The wooden floors match the light home tone. Closet space is beyond regular expectations. The fitness center is packed full of equipment and one of the most frequently used areas among guests. On the down side, the grounds could use some color to them, as most of the areas are simply dirt and dirty-looking miniature shrubs.
The property's main entrance is off a side street from Cactus, so mall traffic is infrequent and the development is neighbored by other area complexes. It's a very safe, quiet area to create a home.
If you want to get scammed out of your money this is the place for you. Not worth the cost of living here. Management is unprofessional and rude. I've lived here for a year and a half and would have left sooner if I wasn't trapped into resigning a lease due to their lack of communication. Please save yourself some time and money and live anywhere but here.
This place is the scum of the earth. Drug addict living below me who works for the complex as a maintenance man. 2 arrests in the last year for theft!! Do you want this guy in your apt????
I highly recommend you avoid this apartment complex. Greenspoint at Paradise Valley definitely has had water issues during the past 13 months. I should have made note of the dates.
The only statements management says are “the complex is 30 years old” and “you have to understand”. I don’t believe I even heard “we are sorry for the inconvenience”. Greenspoint stresses renters/residents obligations – but this landlord has forgot their obligations and I believe water is one. My rent payment is presented on time – in full – every month.
Management doesn’t care how old that check is – just as long as they receive the money.
Our billed utilities with Greenspoint seem to be increasing and water is running in the parking lot. I will gladly pay for the water I use, but resent paying for water running in the parking lot.
After a time without water, it was necessary to leave our home. Without water in our home – we cannot wash/bath, have restroom usage, prepare meals, or wash clothing for the next days work.
It has been a unique experience. Management makes no offer of allowance/concessions for not being able to live in the home we have rented good faith.
