Just read that review that is crazy they sound like The Oaks Apartments Off New Hope Rd.Very bad apartments I don't think no should NOT move to The Oaks you will be charged money for everything water, Trash, Rental Insurance etc sad part the Apartments ain't shit! New management that took over like in 2012 ain't done shit but get the yard cut and try to keep the out side looking good to fool people to move there so again No One move to THE OAKS Apartments off New Hope and Louisburg Rd. You will hate it and waste your money.

****DO NOT MOVE HERE**** this place used to be good (KEYWORDS USED TO) before they got taken over by new management but now they are so disorganized it's ridiculous! Call the office no one ever gets back to you and when they do only to call you and tell you lies about how they're working on your situation when really they're not doing a fucking thing! They never have your paperwork ready when it's time to sign anything!!! If you make a maintenance request it won't be filled for weeks!!!!! THEY PAINT OVER THE MOLD!!! (yes that's right I said PAINT OVER THE MOLD) Even if your air-conditioner is in need of a simple fill of antifreeze/freon Mmm well you better be prepared to be stuck in 85°+ weather for days even weeks...(no exaggeration) I will definitely not be renewing the lease at governors point apartment not that they'd have my lease ready in a timely manner anyways!!! MANAGEMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO DISORGANIZED, SO LAZY yet the office wants your money on time huh yeah right! I will let everyone I know on social media, in person, on every apartment finding website that I can leave a review on because no resident should have to deal with this shit ever not when you pay your bills on time!!! I don't usually curse but this place is really getting under my skin and has for months now!!! SO MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!!!!!
