There’s a lot to like about Estancia San Miguel Apartment homes. The exterior of the community is in excellent condition, with lots of tropical plants around the property, giving it an island resort feel. Residents have access to lots of top-end amenities like a billiards room, fitness room, computer room, swimming pool, massage room, and a free personal trainer. The interior of the units are equally impressive with spacious rooms, garden tubs, a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a computer area, kitchen island, new appliances, and spacious patios. Pros include: There is a free personal trainer available at the fitness room on weekdays. Massages are available in the massage room for $45/hour. Residents have access to lots of other, excellent amenities. The units are very spacious and bathrooms come with a garden tub and there is an abnormally large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. All units come with a computer niche and washer and dryer connections. Free movie rentals are available. This community is gated for extra security.
