“GHETTO PARADISE”

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I have lived in numerous apartments, but this is one of the worst! The apartments themselves are nice as well as the amenities and location, but that's about it. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talking, and even coughing! Many of the residents do not have jobs and are up at all hours of the night blasting music and doing drugs. The management constantly changes and does not do anything about noise complaints. Lincoln Properties, which owns Enso, WILL raise your rent hundreds of dollars each year too!

“BED BUGS”

I have lived in Enso for a year and the property has gone downhill. It's property is never clean, the amenities are never available, and there's a building-wide bed bug infestation that the property management company refuses to treat.

“PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ENSO!!!!”

I was recommended to this awful place. It is a nice property, but the staff sucks and has no compassion for anyone. The tenants are Enso's ATM machines. They find unique and tricky ways to financially suck you dry. Noisy and/or inconsiderate neighbors. The property manager Angel is a minion and robot. It's a shame!!!! Property vandalism is constant, but Enso makes you sign a crime addendum, taking no responsibility for anything that happens on their property. Let's starts with the fact that there are no cameras in the parking deck, except for the 1st floor.or laundry room, where one tenant had a loose pit bull in there while he folded clothes. The PRO is that it is in a desirable neighborhood with nice business around and a shopping center under construction. I will not be renewing my lease here. They offered me to sign a new lease with my rent going up $250.00, when they originally told me that it wasn't going to go up. LIES!!!!! FRAUD, that they make look legal with the legal mumbo jumbo. Stay away from this place. They don't care about the tenants, all they care about is money and how much they can get out of you.

“New Ghetto Money Rules the Domain”

Just don't move here... it looks nice until you finally move in and you're bombarded by pot, drug usage, parties, break-ins, car thefts, and nasty neighbors.

And, if by some chance you've moved out like me, make sure every single one of your accounts online has your new address because if you have a package sent there accidentally, you're never going to get it back. Some thugalette or thugalicious a-hole will keep it for you.

It was relatively nice when I moved in. Tenants were nice, we worked together, the fitness classes were awesome, and the personal training was great, too. By the time I left, I was terrorized by an upstairs neighbor that the management wouldn't do anything about, there was a huge amount of pot smoking going on, and residents became unruly kids rather than the adults that lived at the property.

“Do not move here”

Before Lincoln Property Company took over in August, this was a really good place to live. However, the new property manager is neither resident nor pet friendly. Her latest dictate has taken away fob access to the buildings for pet sitters. She is unreasonable and inflexible and has left our pets in dire straits. Sadly, I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get the heck out of Dodge. The new sheriff is on a power trip and has made living here miserable.

Midtown: Fun, vibrant, growing
Midtown is among the best neighborhoods to live in the city. Everything you could need is an easy walk away. It includes some of the best restaurants and is a short taxi to the Virginia-Highlands, Inman Park or Buckhead.

Perfect in-town neighborhood
Inman Park is an incredible place to live. Close to downtown, Midtown, the Highlands, and both major interstates (75/85 and 20). It has a residential area feel but is still convenient to all major parts.

Great neighborhood - walk to almost everything
VaHi is a great neighbor that works for single, marrieds, young families, and well, pretty much everyone. If you're going to live in Atlanta, make the most of it and live in this historic neighborhood that combines quiet streets and lots of trees with easy walking access to great restaurants, bars, shops, and Piedmont Park. we love it here.

Candler Park/Lake Claire
This is a great neighborhood for being outdoors--lots of great parks and running areas, plus a short walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. I would recommend this area for young couples/families or for those who want to rent/buy a house since there aren't many apartment complexes around. Not an easy commute to Buckhead though!

St. Charles and Highland
I think this area is the best place for young professionals to live in Atlanta. You're close to many fun bars, shops, and restaurants, and the neighborhood is perfect for running and walking. You're also close to Piedmont Park/Midtown and a short drive from Buckhead. It can be hard to find apartment/condos here with lots of amenities, and if you do, you will likely pay quite a bit for them.

Great mid-point between Highlands and Midtown
Living on Monroe Drive on the west side of Va-Highlands neighborhood was a great place. It offered the walkability of a Highlands location, but it was also only a mile down 10th street from Midtown spots. Also, Piedmont Park and Park Tavern was right across the street!

Highland Walk apartments
"This apartment complex is close to the Inman Park area, which is a great neighborhood for running/walking and for dining (Highland Bakery, Fritti, etc. are delicious). Also very close to I-85 access, which makes it easy to get to the airport or up to Buckhead. I wouldn't walk around by myself at night though!"

Living near Piedmont Park is great
Walking distance to a Marta stop or down into the Virginia Highlands, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, plus a huge park to run or relax in. Post Parkside had communal gas grills on a back patio that faced the park, which was an amazing spot for a BBQ almost any time of year. Also a lively LGBT community in the neighborhood.

Great location
Lived in Virginia Highlands apartments for 2 years and had a great experience. Awesome location, 1 block from Piedmont Park, 0.5 mile to bars in the Highlands. While I never had a problem, apparently car break-ins are a problem.

Virginia Highlands is a great, walkable area of town with bars and restaurants. Great place to live :)
