Drakes Pond

I have lived here two years now in two different buildings and two different apartments. I thought the new management would make it better and it hasn't. The buildings always stink like smoke and marijuana. Their only response to it has been to call the cops. People don't keep their dogs on leashes and never clean up after their animals outside. My most recent apartments carpet had dog hair all over it and a smell, like it had never been cleaned prior to moving in. In the last year, my heat, air, and dryer have all needed replaced and have no been attended to quickly at all. The staff inside is super inflexible. For being "luxury living" as the website refers to it, it isn't. Children run wild and the pools have both been closed multiple times for vandalism. Cigarette butts liter the shared hallways and they have done nothing to address it. I thought that spending a little more on an apartment would keep that sort of thing but I would have been better off living in student housing.

Additionally, in the winter they cleared our cars of snow and asked us to write a good review for it. Not so honest.
