“Rundown”
It is fairly quiet & secure. The facility/apts are old & fairly rundown. What meets the eye of potential customer is kept up but reality is a slew of issues such as poor plumbing, old dirty carpet, ancient gross appliances, bug & rodent issues galore, apt doors that are hollow/nasty, poor maintenance, residents pay for "upgrades" such as tall toilets, grab bars, etc.
Best tip to potential customers: don't be fooled by sales job, look elsewhere.
