Craft Apartments Description
Craft Studio - A Modern Sanctuary in the City! - Tell me about this place--why's it so great?

Truly modern by definition, Craft's apartments have expansive windows, open floorplans, sleek finishes, and great amenities. Mixed shelving and quartz countertops are signatures in the designer kitchens, while plank floors and Broadloom carpet cover the floors.

Alright, I'm interested. What about amenities?

Craft is a small, boutique community, featuring an open concept lobby with bike storage. All entrances, including the below-grade garage, are controlled-access. And on Craft's crown is the green rooftop, complete with a pet relief area and views of Mount Rainier and the city.

That sounds great! But is it walkable?

With a walk score of 95, groceries, transit, and great restaurants are all within reach. The Seattle University campus is across the street, while Pill Hill is just close enough to be walking distance. And the streetcar just four blocks away provides easy access to Capitol Hill, International District, Pioneer Square, and the Link Light Rail.

• Walk score of 95, Transit score of 92

Good location, nice building
Nice building in a good location. Apartment management was easy to deal with and hosts events throughout the year to get to know the neighbors. Good location that is fairly quiet but also a short walk away from pike/pine corridor.

Avalon Belltown
This was a great place to live. Right by the Olympic Sculpture park and a 5-10 minute walk to the Seattle center.

Great residential area in Cap Hill
i love the hustle/bustle and accessibility of Cap Hill but not the noise. 15th is a great neighborhood with fun shops, it's near Volunteer park, and it feels more residential than a lot of other parts of the hill.
