“Don't do it. ”

This place has an awful roach infestation. I am deeply regretting my choice to move here in an attempt to save money. I've bombed the apartment several time... the roaches said thank you. I spray every other day... the roaches don't seem to mind. I am terrified to cook... the roaches come out to see what's on the menu. Recently saw a roach in the clock face of the stove. I knew something was wrong when the clock face read 0:10. The correct time was 10:10. The roach was hiding the other one. The bathroom, the living room and the bedroom are not off limits. Too embarrassed to invite guest over. Worst experience of my life. I am no stranger to Florida roaches but have never shared accommodations with them. My quality of life has plummeted. Pest control squirts some liquid which I assume is less potent than diluted store bought Raid. I'm posting this so others can make an informed decision. Had I read a similar post... I would have happily paid more to live somewhere habitable. Debating on whether to pay to get out of the remainder of my lease or ride it out with my new best friends.

“German roach ingestion/Mold in A/C units”

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

before we moved anything into the apt. within 1 hour of being here I found a German roach & called maintenance they had pest control come out the following Monday between the first day of move in and 6 calls to maintenance (due to it being a weekend and no managers to deal with) we realized they entire apt. WAS I FESTED WITH GERMAN ROACHES, and I've lived in Florida my entire life and have never seen so many roaches in 42 yrs. then what I've seen here and the management REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE BUGS, even though I have documented proof from the very first bug I saw and cont. to take pictures, videos and make calls and all they did was send a pest control guy out 4 days later to spray and those roaches ran out from every crack and crevasse that there was. I had to take my daughter and leave for a week BCUZ I could take how bad it was and that they did not care. They did an intensive treatment 2 weeks later and I left again BCUZ it takes 3 weeks to get rid of the roaches and we are in the 3rd week and still bugs and now we found that the A/C is coved in mold and completely rusted out inside and leaking water everywhere (my husband is a manager at an A/C company, so we are very knowledgeable about A/C I took pictures and videos of that as well and told the office to do something a week later my 6 yr. old child got sick and is now having to do breathing treatments with a nebulizer and they still refuse to take any RESPONSIBILT

“Interesting Apartment”

Pros: The neighbors in my building are super quiet, nice wa. lking cement grounds in gated community- My apartment for the most part is in C+ to B- condition-Bathtub is dated-CONs: Rent is overpriced $839 for one bedroom- People in the office turnover faster than I ever seen in my 25 years of renting of any apt complex- repair service extremely slow- 2.5 weeks to fix cabinet door/ office only friendly when taking rent money- charge super high fees for pets

and fixtures are dated- kitchen was updated somewhat - stove new - fridge older/ cops live on property so there not going to be major crimes in here
