We sent a former property manager to investigate

Beautiful location, these apartments look like small homes. All of them have been newly renovated with new appliances, it is a very nice and calming place. Pros include: Close to the water. New Kitchens with granite and stainless steel appliances. Property has nice greenery and trees to provide a nice feel. Multiple balconies per unit. Private entrances for each unit. On the down side, very small yard/balcony in some units. Some quirks within unit, such as the closet had a step up to it and was at a strange height. Tips: Two story units are available, as well as different style flats. Some units come with small personal yards. Be sure to check all different styles.
