This is a very nicely maintained property. It has two-story buildings that are a tan color with a brick red tile roof. The landscaping offers mature trees and green grassy courtyards. There are three community pools, the largest one has a gazebo with a large flat screen TV. Interiors are in good condition and have been updated with beautiful wood flooring, granite counter tops, crown molding and two-tone paint. Overall this is a nice property with beautiful interior units but is somewhat lacking in its amenities. Pros include: The interiors of this property are a definite comfort with the wood floors, two-tone paint, crown molding, and granite counters in the kitchen and bath room. The glass door on the closets give a decorative touch that is functional. In several of the floor plans there is a large wrap around patios. Full-sized washers and dryer inside the units are always a welcome sight. And additional features are optional such as fireplaces and thermostats that can be controlled with smart phones. The storage closets are limited even in the large 2 bedroom floor plan. The community is spread out across two residential streets which will limit the access some residents have to the property’s amenities.
