“LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!”
Look somewhere else to live!!! I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been a nightmare. The property manager is the absolute worst! She is completely incompetent. They all are! And it’s a shame because the people at the front desk and leasing agents are awesome. I haven’t had heat or A/C since September! They won’t respond to emails or calls. They only reach out when they want to charge you for random things, like having a cardboard box in a trash bag. There are so many better places to live in this city. I’m about to break my lease and pay the penalty just to move out. That’s how bad this place is. I’ve had 8 different friends not renew their lease here. Go online and see the vacancy for yourself. If you want to live DT try Market Square or Aris. Don’t live here!!!
“terrible apratment complex”
My experience at this complex has been very negative so far and I would not recommend for anyone to live here. To add insult to injury, I received a 300$ fine today with NO warning for placing 4 boxes in the trash chute. I received no warning and had no idea this was a rule to begin with. Any apartment complex that cares at all about their residents would have given a warning before giving four separate 75$ fines at one time. Obviously these boxes were placed in the trash chute over a series of several days. Instead of a warning or one fine, they waited until I have accrued multiple fines before notifying me about them.

Hermann Park
Great part of town - fairly new, moderately priced apartments which are close to 288 (easy to get into town) and next to Hermann Park (great for a walk/run). I lived here for a year and highly recommend the area.
