“Ask for Becky!”

Everyone at Camden Paces is great, but Becky Gottschling at the leasing office has made our apartment here feel like a real home. There are not enough stars to adequately describe how amazing she is, but she definitely deserves more than five stars!

Becky is knowledgeable about the community but also the surrounding area. She knows every floor plan at Camden Paces (and there are a lot!) but can also articulate the pros and cons of each which is exceptionally helpful when faced with so many choices. Becky is honest and is committed to finding you the right fit. She is dedicated to making your experience positive and will go above and beyond to help.

Becky is also most importantly kind and understanding. She faces all issues with never ending professionalism and patience. She truly understands customer service, but more importantly she understands people. You will leave wanting to be her friend! I have never heard a complaint about Becky but often find myself talking with other residents about how great she is. It really feels like a big family at Camden Paces.

Working with Becky is a unique experience in an area where I have found leasing agents won’t return your calls once you sign your lease and they have you. Becky treats current and prospective residents with the same respect and always follows through. Becky is nothing short of wonderful and is a true professional. She is honest and real.

She is willing to put in the extra time and work to make sure that everyone is happy. Becky is huge reason why we decided to stay at Camden Paces when our lease was approaching completion. There was a two week period where I was in her office almost every day and she was more than understanding instead of annoyed. I am so grateful to have worked with Becky! She provides a truly personal experience where you know you always have the right information in addition to an ally to help you with any and all decisions regarding your apartment. I trust her and respect her immensely. If you are looking at this property, I highly recommend asking for Becky!

Great location for getting on/off I-75. Easy/quick/tasty food options. Howell Mill is a little sketchy.

Kinda sorta Buckhead
If you want to live in Buckhead on a budget or be close to the malls, then maybe this location is for you. Unfortunately, it's not really "in" Buckhead in my opinion, as most of the bars/restaurants are a solid 10-15 minute cab ride away with the traffic on Peachtree.

Wellington Buckhead
While these condos are a little older, it is a great place to live in the Buckhead area. The area is safe, has a lot of young people and is very central to many things in the city. Restaurants, bars and parks are all within a 5 minute drive. Some things are in walking distance, but probably not the best place for someone who does not have a car.

Love the area.
Easy walk to midtown and downtown businesses and Piedmont Park. Lots of yummy restaurants and bars nearby.

Great neighborhood!
For anyone who works in Buckhead or who is looking for a great family neighborhood, this is the spot. We loved living hear and got a great house for a reasonable amount of money. You can walk to restaurants and spots for a late night drink. Really awesome!

Peachtree Hills/Lindbergh
great parts of this area: super close to MARTA, charming peachtree hills neighborhood and easy access publix and some shopping. down side: middle of atlanta sprawl and not whole lot is walkable. can be tough to get in/out of this area when piedmont backs up. all in all a good area to live if you work in buckhead

Rented a house in Brookhaven for a year, and it was an incredible location for a family, and someone working in Buckhead; affordable, exceptionally convenient (the town brookhaven development has a publix, a costco, a gym, and a bunch of great restaurants and shops), plus there is a great commercial area on dresden with more places to eat, etc; brookhaven is underrated; I would stay south of oglethorpe, though - beyond that starts to 'feel' far away (if you work in buckhead, in particular)
