“Phenomenal Experience”

Everyone at Camden Buckhead Square is great, but Noe and his staff makes our apartment here feel like a real home. There are not enough stars to describe how amazing they are, they deserve more than five stars!

Everyone is very knowledgeable about the community but also the surrounding area. They know every floor plan but can also articulate the pros and cons of each which is exceptionally helpful when faced with so many choices. One of the things I like is their honesty and their commitment in providing you with the best service. The dedication in making your experience positive and will go above and beyond to help.

Everyone is also most importantly kind and understanding. Their never-ending professionalism and patience. Noe understands customer service, but more importantly understands people. Often find me talking with other residents about how great Noe is. It really feels like a big family here. Noe and the staff not see you as another tenant just giving a check every month. They make sure that all of their residents including me are taken care of so that they can live as comfortable as they can no matter the situation that life pits you in. I wish every apartment manager could be as nice and considerate as he is.

Working with Noe and the staff is a unique experience in an area where I have found apartment manager and their staff agents won’t return your calls once you sign your lease and they have you. They treat current and prospective residents with respect.

“bad management”

This is my 6 month HONEST review of Camden, in Buckhead ATL, GA. When I first visited the property I dealt mainly with Lindsay and Grant. Lindsay is truly what sold me moving to this apt. complex. She was attentive, genuinely cared and wanted to do anything to make it a great experience living at Camden. Unfortunately, Lindsay is gone. This Camden property is an absolute joke when it comes to management that I have been dealing with lately. They over promise, under-deliver and care more about profit than they do about residents in the community. Here is the level of customer service and professionalism to expect. The first time I dealt with the general manager, Noe, I came to address an issue about a missing package, he said he would look for it and give me a call if he found it, shakes my hand and proceeds to walk away. Noe never asked for my name or unit number and I only met him one time prior at a Camden sponsored pool function. When confronting him if he knew my information, he could not tell me and stood baffled. He did later apologize which was respectable but still, he is the GM. I was promised a fan/light in my room in the FIRST MONTH of living here. Confronted the office multiple times asking when it would be here and have received nothing but excuses. “We can’t get an ETA on shipping” “It take weeks for our vendor to get it to us” Two weeks ago I was told the fan would be here within a week from Noe, still no one has reached out to me in regards about it. We are approaching the end of MONTH SIX of me living here, still no light/fan. I talked to a few residents and they have experienced similar problems being promised a fan/light and management has not delivered. Today, I dealt with the booting company Camden uses called EPS. Not only did the guy use explicit language with me yelling and cursing, he tied me up for more than 2 hours. I was charged AND BOOTED 75$ because I only had my resident pass displayed on my vehicle and not both my resident and guest pass. I was booted and fined 75$. I HAVE A RESIDENT PASS, WHY WOULD I DISPLAY BOTH!?! Also, a warning would have worked fine? When confronting the girl in the office about the boot, I was told there was nothing she could do and Grant or Noe had to approve EPS to remove the boot. So instead of her helping me because she was too busy, the maintenance guy had to call Grant because there is no direct line for a resident to call to be able to speak to a manger/assistant manager on the weekends…During operating hours? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Grant did not even have the audacity to even speak to me on the phone when he was called, the message had to be relayed through the maintenance guy. A new incident I was able to experience was Just last week the fire alarm went off at night and everyone had to evacuate over a false alarm. This place is getting worse and worse. For the amount you pay in rent in this area, I would look elsewhere. The reason as why they are getting a 1 star, other than it being the only option, Maintenance does a pretty solid job minus taking care of the pool. The residents take more time skimming/cleaning the pool than anyone employed by Camden. If the residents did not take care of it would get gross. The residents have to empty the filters multiple times a day, empty the vacuum that is left in the pool for days on end, and the residents skim it probably as much as maintenance. I did have a couple issues that involved maintenance, they were quick, to the point and fixed the issue on the first couple of shots. When I first moved here, Camden they had a security guard. Since then, they replaced that with security cameras. I think the apartment complex should have both as almost all the other apartment complexes in this price range have that feature. Maybe they could use the profit they get from the booting company or apply the revenue they make from renting out the extra space in the garage to hire security guard at night.

“New amazing upgrades BEST of the BEST staff”

I recently relocated to another unit for a change of scenery. I can't thank Noe and the Camden staff enough for all of their hard work and dedication. There have recently been several amazing upgrades of which include a solution to guest parking and an extensive amount of surveillance cameras. Ever since our Property Manager Noe Pineda has taken over this place has made a drastic turn around for the better. I love all of the new changes, ​and I'm looking forward to the changes to come. I give this property two thumbs up.

“Great property outstanding staff ”

I have lived on this property for 15 months and Im currently renewing my lease for another 13 months. Just in a weeks time with a new manager by the name of Noe I can see a difference. Talk about someone who takes pride in his position and is passionate about tending to his property and residents needs. Noe helped me locate the best unit to transfer into and I couldn’t be happier. He’s fair, understanding, and does his best to solve any issue a resident may encounter. Noe has made renewing my lease easy. Prior to his arrival I was questioning whether or not I wanted to stay.

The staff is TOP NOTCH!

Leasing consultants Lindsay and Nicholas are welcoming, honest, consistent and know our property in and out. They have made living on this property a great experience. Grant the properties assistant manager has always been extremely helpful, friendly, and if there’s ever an issue he handles it in a timely manner.

The maintenance team I have to really brag on. They are incredible!!!! Aaron and Elton are quick and efficient. I have yet to place a work order and it’s not handled quickly. They tend to maintenance matters as quickly as possible and always do an outstanding job.

The amenities are amazing!! The club room, state of the art gym, and pool alone will make anyone want to live here. In the spring and summer our pool is definitely the hot spot. I always look forward to the weeekends to hang out by the pool and mingle with neighbors.

The residents are friendly and many of us have made friends and hang out regularly.

Camden Buckhead Square is extremely pet friendly. We have a new dog park that is outstanding. It is def one of our best features. Often times there are from 5-10 dogs down there playing and having a blast.

Camden Buckhead Square is a great property and I highly reccomend making it your new home.

“Modern building and great management team”

Great apartment complex! Located on a quiet street right in front of police department and only 2 minutes away from a park. Building has a dog park in the back that stays fairly clean considering how many dogs play there every day. They also have a strict smoking policy which is great for people like me who can't stand tobacco smoke. New management is very helpful and attentive which is needless to say very important! They are very proactive about solving any issues you might have.

Kinda sorta Buckhead
If you want to live in Buckhead on a budget or be close to the malls, then maybe this location is for you. Unfortunately, it's not really "in" Buckhead in my opinion, as most of the bars/restaurants are a solid 10-15 minute cab ride away with the traffic on Peachtree.

While these condos are a little older, it is a great place to live in the Buckhead area. The area is safe, has a lot of young people and is very central to many things in the city. Restaurants, bars and parks are all within a 5 minute drive. Some things are in walking distance, but probably not the best place for someone who does not have a car.

Great neighborhood!
For anyone who works in Buckhead or who is looking for a great family neighborhood, this is the spot. We loved living hear and got a great house for a reasonable amount of money. You can walk to restaurants and spots for a late night drink. Really awesome!

great parts of this area: super close to MARTA, charming peachtree hills neighborhood and easy access publix and some shopping. down side: middle of atlanta sprawl and not whole lot is walkable. can be tough to get in/out of this area when piedmont backs up. all in all a good area to live if you work in buckhead

Rented a house in Brookhaven for a year, and it was an incredible location for a family, and someone working in Buckhead; affordable, exceptionally convenient (the town brookhaven development has a publix, a costco, a gym, and a bunch of great restaurants and shops), plus there is a great commercial area on dresden with more places to eat, etc; brookhaven is underrated; I would stay south of oglethorpe, though - beyond that starts to 'feel' far away (if you work in buckhead, in particular)
