RentLingo Editor's Review
We sent a former property manager to investigate

The property is a nice combination of an older two story brick building highlighted with bright vibrant accents of color. Each of the buildings frames a cozy open grassy courtyard. Pros include: The wood flooring in all the rooms and all units are 100% renovated in 2014. The community feels small and cozy with grassy courtyard, accented with flowers and mature trees. On the down side, depending on where your unit is located you could be across a street from the pool, fitness center, or laundry facility. The fence is only about 2 feet high and offers no real security. Tips: Ask about waiving administrative fees on 1st month rent with a 12 month lease.

About The Location
We sent a former property manager to investigate

Located a 1/2 block west of a main street. Directly next door is a convenience store, another apartment complex and on the other side, a day care center. Just across the street is a small church. The buildings are nestled over a T-shaped block, meaning 2 residential street separate the buildings from each other.

“Love living here”

I just read some reviews, and Im surprised by the complaints about the maintenance/management, I have been here for 6 months and I will stay here for as long as my school will go. I find the property really beautiful and well kept, the maintenance people are super kind and efficient (read efficient out loud) the management ladies are super polite, kind and humane. I love that it is very quiet, the pool is clean, the lawn is very well kept!

And yes recycle was removed, but it gave 30 more parking spaces that were needed, people were throwing trash in the recycle bins, as a student of Sustainability I can tell you that it doesn't do any good!!! It creates expenses for the property.

In a nutshell, I did a lot of look around before I took this apartment, and this was by far the best option, if you are looking to rent here, go ahead, you might love it as much a as i do, I must say all my neighbors are nice and polite, I live in the green buildings and we keep it clean and quiet here!

“So Happy!”

I absolutely LOVE the new property manager. I have lived here for 2 years and the old management would never fix anything!! The new team has taken care of all of my old requests and they are so much nicer to deal with! Really Happy with new changes!

“Going down hill!”

I lived here when it was owned by Cabana and I've lived here during the entire transition and take over of Omnia. Ever since Omnia took over, they've taken away some of the nice additions to the complex. They removed our recycling program. They removed locks on the laundry room door - since then, I've had people take my underwear out of the laundry. The maintenance team with Cabana was friendly, I loved seeing them around. Omani's maintenance team is creepy and LOUD. They speak loudly at each other in the parking lot between buildings, so their voices echo all day, starting at 6 am. They don't use PG language either. I know this sounds nit-picky but these are the annoyances I encounter on a day-to-day basis and these are the reasons I won't be renewing my lease this year!
