Overall this community scores high because of the interior units and the elite amenities offered. The property is in spectacular condition. The buildings and grounds are professionally maintained. Pros include: There are so many fabulous features of this property as a whole. It’s a smaller property, but the buildings are spread out nicely so not to feel too cramped. It's open and clean with many big grassy courtyards in between buildings. The pool is definitely resort quality; it's olympic size, the patio furniture comfy, and they have cabanas if you need to get out of the sun for a minute. The movie theater is lavish and the community center has a great pool table for resident entertainment. The amenities also include a state of the art fitness center with plenty of machines and free weights and there's a conference room that residents can reserve. Inside select units you will find luxury features like expensive thick granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, and designer lightening fixtures.
