Brittany Place

This is a pretty below average community with not much to offer in the way of quality finishes or amenities. The property is dated and not especially well-maintained. Pros include: The convenient location is the main draw of this community. The immediate area itself is not particularly exciting or nice, but it is very easy to get other places from here. As far as the apartments themselves, they're not much to look at. However, they are reasonably spacious and the first floor units even have an enclosed patio area that adds even more personal space. Although there are no washer/dryer hookups in any of the units, the laundry machines do take credit cards which is far more convenient than coins. On the down side, the community has a dated feel and disappointing lack of amenities. The carpets seem dingy and don’t improve the look of the apartments. The pools (there are 3 throughout the property) are pretty small and the laundry centers seem to have a bit of a bug problem. Also, there are no gates of any kind so security is a concern. Tips: 1st floor units have patios, which are larger than the balconies on the 2nd floor units.
